Billing Terms & Conditions
These Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions and purchases for Bridgeupp Chatbot and supplement the
Terms of Service.
1) Pricing and taxes
- Prices are shown on our website or order form and may change over time.
- Taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) may apply depending on your location and legal requirements.
2) Payments
- Payments are processed via Tranzila tokenization. We do not store full payment card details.
- If payment fails, we may retry payment and/or suspend access until payment is completed.
3) Free trials, promotions, and discounts
- We may offer free trials or promotional periods ("Promotions").

Unless stated otherwise, Promotions convert to a paid subscription at the end of the promotional period.

Promotion details (duration, eligibility, limits) may be plan-specific and may be changed or discontinued.
4) Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation can be requested via the platform (where available) or by emailing
billing@bridgeupp.com.
5) Plan changes
Upgrades/downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on plan and billing
setup. Proration may be applied where supported.
6) Usage limits
Plans may include limits (conversations/messages/seats/bots/quotas). We may enforce limits, throttle usage, or
require an upgrade when limits are exceeded as described in the plan terms.
7) Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written

8) Recordkeeping
We retain invoices and billing records for accounting, compliance, and future billing or tax purposes.
