Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions and purchases for Bridgeupp Chatbot and supplement the Terms of Service.

Upgrades/downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on plan and billing setup. Proration may be applied where supported.

6) Usage limits

Plans may include limits (conversations/messages/seats/bots/quotas). We may enforce limits, throttle usage, or require an upgrade when limits are exceeded as described in the plan terms.

7) Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written order form. For billing issues, contact billing@bridgeupp.com.

8) Recordkeeping

We retain invoices and billing records for accounting, compliance, and future billing or tax purposes.
